For each project, PEG believes that owners should be fully involved in considering the benefits, risks, and costs of various approaches and phasing alternatives. PEG applies the tools and techniques of project management to the solution of property renewal, repair or replacement.
Following the determination to replace or repair, PEG will work with the owners and their representatives to confirm and refine the specifics of a project. PEG in collaboration with the Owner will consider alternate ways of addressing renewal or rehabilitation.
