Project Description
PEG conducted both Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments. The investigations revealed that historic industrial usage of the property prior to its current utilization resulted in extensive petroleum hydrocarbon and heavy metal soil contamination at the site. Remediation was commenced and completed.
