Project Description
This multi storey multi unit residential property has 2 levels of underground parking garage. The parking garage had various issues which necessitated the Owner to retain the services of PEG to investigate and prescribe solutions for the repairs and restoration of the underground parking structure. Part of the challenges of this project was that the garage was to remain open for tenant use during the construction.
