Project Description
This multi storey commercial building houses the operations of various departments of the government of Ontario. The building has one level of underground parking garage which suffered from major concrete deterioration. PEG was retained to investigate and prescribe solutions for the restoration of the parking structure. Part of the challenges of this project was that the garage was to remain open for tenant use during the construction.
