Project Description
This asset is a multi-unit residential complex comprising of 161 units of stacked town houses within 10 blocks This project involved the renewal of the building envelope components including roofing systems (flat roofs and sloped shingled roofs), exterior cladding and glazing As the prime consultant and project manager, I assembled the project team comprising of structural and building science experts to complete investigation, preparation of renewal plans, contract administration through work acceptance and project closeout.
