Project Description
This single storey industrial type steel building used as bus storage and servicing garage. The existing building was reported to be too small to accommodate the needs of the Client resulting in the need to expand the facility and consolidate other offices into one central location for operational and administrative ease. The new facility included expanded administration offices, additional bus bays and landscaped areas. Working with the Client as the prime consultant and project manager, PEG assembled and managed a team comprising of architectural, civil/structural, mechanical/ electrical and landscape firms to complete the assignment from problem definition through work acceptance and project closeout.
